I count my lucky stars for Debbie and Larry’s help in selling my Mom’s house after she had to go into a long-term care facility; I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The house presented several challenges, including a somewhat quirky floor plan and being in bad shape and in need of significant repair. I was limited in how much I could take on since I worked and lived out of state. Recently, I had the pleasure of contracting with Debbie and Larry to sell my mother’s house in Naples. The whole transaction took place with my mother and I up North in PA. I must say that is a tall order but Debbie and Larry guided us through the process with ease. The reason this task could be pulled off so smoothly was due to the communication never breaking down. Debbie and Larry would constantly update us through the process, also give advice about the market and the Florida real estate issues to bear in mind. Any repairs or improvements were addressed by contractors from Larry’s network of contacts, and I mean Larry has a lot of quality contacts who work well with him and respect him. Lastly, it was straight out fun dealing with them and I actually miss our dealings since the property closed. I have worked with a lot of realtors and this team is exceptional, truly in a class of their own.

When I was looking for a realtor to sell my home, I interviewed three agents. Debbie and Larry were the first.
